THE DEGREE WE OFFER

Master of Fine Arts Degree (MFAs)

The School of Art offers the Master of Fine Arts degree, conferred by the University after coursework completion and an approved thesis. This degree reflects student achievement in their field and independent work capacity, with a minimum two-year residency requirement. Faculty reviews occur each term, and unsatisfactory work may lead to dismissal. Candidates must attend the May Commencement unless excused by the dean.

The program requires at least sixty credits, varying by study area and determined during registration with the faculty adviser.
